Front of House Supervisor

We are looking to add a dedicated and experienced FOH Supervisor to our restaurant team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a positive leadership style, and a track record of driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a positive team culture. 

 

Few Responsibilities (additional support may be needed to assist the team):

● Assist in training and scheduling of FOH staff (servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders)
● Actively monitor all restaurant areas to ensure superior customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly
● Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, and ensure adherence to safety/sanitation regulations
● Inventory and cash management procedures
● Be a communication bridge between FOH staff and the back of house team members for seamless service 

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with 2+ years in a supervisory role 
● Excellent communication skills
● Basic computer skills and experience working with POS systems and restaurant management software (TOAST, etc)
● Must be able to work long hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet the needs of the restaurant
● Obtain SERVSAFE certificate and any additional local health authority certifications as required by county/state 

Education

● High school diploma or equivalent *AA degree in Hospitality Management or Business is a plus

Line Cooks


We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Required:

  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
